When we had to transfer here from the East Coast, we were excited about our housing options in the Akron area. However, it didn't take much time for the excitement to turn to frustration. It was difficult finding anything suitable as far as new construction. Knowing we wouldn't be in the area during construction, we didn't put much thought into building a home.

We were very fortunate that we were shown one of your models by a realtor. The quality of the construction was excellent and the style and curb appeal equally so. While the particular house was a little too small, the agent suggested that we meet with you.

As you know, my husband Rob has a background in construction and knows all of the horror stories about builders. After a 30-minute meeting, Rob was convinced that you were going to build our new home. You assured him that we didn't need to be around and that we'd be very comfortable throughout the process. And you were right.

You and your staff took care of everything from helping us find a great lot to sending weekly e-mail updates on construction and scheduling as well as sending digital pictures. We did the majority of the work and design via phone calls and e-mail. Everyone was so flexible and easy to work with. We'd be remiss if we didn't give a special thank-you to Shannon. She is a true professional and really helped us with interior selections, colors and decorating ideas.

To sum it up, we had a great experience building our home. RJS provided us a team of professionals who took care of everything that we needed. The staff was extremely flexible as were you, Ron.
